No, Reiki and Qigong are not religions. While they may be spiritual in nature—as it allows us to look more deeply at ourselves and the world around us—there is no religious doctrine. Those of varying religious beliefs may enjoy the benefits of Reiki or Qigong without altering their beliefs.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in a vibrational sound experience. The sound practitioner may use singing bowls, drums, voice singing/toning/chanting, chimes, gongs, and more.

Each energy healing session will be unique to you and your circumstances. In general here is what you can expect:
You will comfortably lie on a massage table fully clothed or sit in a chair. Relaxing music may be played, and the use of singing bowls, voice tones, and drums may be used.
The practitioner may place their hands on your body in a non invasive way.
Everyone may experience energy healing differently. What you may experience during a session:
